Well im single again after 11years and time to do some things for myself.
Been on HRT dose of sus250 once a fortnight and a daily troch with 50mg test,dhea, pregnalone, for the last 6 months or more.
Well Im going to do a cycle, may may as well do it properly.
Im thinking
EQ @ 500mg /week for 16+ weeks
Test E @500 mg/ week for 16 weeks
Tren E @50 - 75 mg/ ED for 8 weeks (wk4 - 12)
Thinking weeks 1 - 4 dbol @ 50mg ED
Possibly winny for weeks 12 -16
When its all done will just being going back onto HRT dose again although im gona try and bump the sus250 to once a week instead of once a fortnight.
Well stats are 6'4" 220lbs at about 14% BF. been training solidly over at least last 2 years.
Will be consuming 5000+cals a day + training 3 heavy sessions a week unless someone recomends a change to my program for this cycle. Currently training for power lifting with a club. Just use lots of primary lifts and heavy.
Any one like to comment. I know alot of you may say no tren first time round but what the hell. Should I bump the test and/ or EQ. Im not overly fussed on orals they were an after thought but seems to be what a lot of people do with such a cycle to start and finish.
what sort of anti E should I use. Just AIFM throughout. Would it be worth using something to combat prolactin issues with the tren.
Aiming to gain a good 15kg lean mass over the four months.
