First cycle?

Hey all just turned 20 .

And just finished 2nd year of training.

I train approx 5 times per week and have a solid diet plan.

I'm 182 cm 80kg (64 kg or so when I started lifting) BF 14-15% (going down slowly, not that it's an issue for me really)

Haven't had any gains in the past 3 months or so, neither strenght or mass, and I simply can't eat more.

What I eat is like

Serials, eggs,milk

2 hours later :protein shaker

2hours later :sandwich with ham or tuna.

launch 350g meat (with some sort of bread and milk)

2 hours: later shaker.

Training after that shaker

around 1 hour later dinner (varies alot what I get here)

(yes I eat dinner kinda late), in the evening I just eat something 'light'. Maybe couple bannanas and some milk etc.



Well first cycle I was thinking Test only, not that I know much about it, but the few ppl I've asked said that'd be best for a first cycle. But before buying I'd like to know what exactly test does and side effects, so if anyone could tell or link to it It'd be really nice. Also if you have some good suggestions to a first cycle that'd be much appreciated. Would also be cool if you could tell me that approx cost (On a pretty tight budget)

Edit: What I want is to gain mass ( get bigger but not fat)

DO TEST enanth AT 250 A WEEK, THROW IN SOME VAR AT 30 MG A DAY ...
I am doing this cycle as my first one and 4 weeks on and I am up 11 lbs.
I am not using anti e.s , only hcg at swales aproach (250 ui's sat- sun for 500 ui's a wk total )
I will be on this cycle for 10 wks.

Or able to tell me how much you're spending for the whole cycle (or each month) ?

Also anyone else has anything they'd like to say please do so, need as much input as possible.

Ah well still looking for info on the cycle, do you guys agree with the other guy, how does it look to you all for a first cycle? I'm thinking 10 weeks is fine, cause that's what I was thinking 8-10. But what about the rest?
 
Well, the best thing to do is use a search engine and look at European Based on-line pharmacies. Many are based in Germany and the UK. Best I can do without breaking the rules.

The advice to use Test E and Var is a good one. var is expensive though, but then again, all you Danish boys having plenty of cash anyhow! If you wanted to, you could do a Sustanon only cycle to start yourself off at 500mg per week. Just my £0.02 worth..
 
Steroids aren't for you at this time. I think that you should do some more reading and research on training and dieting. What is your training schedule like? With some research and dedication, I think you would be surprized how much progress you could make without trying to take the easy way out.
 
Without going in to all details training schelule is like this:

Training monday,tuesday,wedensday,thursday and either sataurday or sunday.


Got 2 different programs

Biceps (2 different excercies 8x3), Back (3 different excercies 8x3) (abs 2 differenct excercies (3x12)

and

triceps (2 different excercies 8x3), shoulder (2 different excercies 8x3) legs 3 different excercies (8x3) breast (2 different excercies 8x3)


A training for me takes approx 1hour 20-30mins


btw the stuff you said I found for like 290 us $ for a 10 week cycle. That's regular price , high or low ? (including test and var)
