First cycle?

1 - Age :19
2 - Lifting History: trained 5days a week for 7months
3 - Height: 182cm
4 - Weight: 76-77 kg
5 - Estimated BF%: 9-10%
6 - Diet: Don't have a real program. But I eat alot of tuna,chicken, low fat meat. I don't eat ANY choclate,candy , or stuff with over 10% fat. Try to eat every 2hours.
7 - Goals: 90kg of pure muscle :)
8 - Proposed cycle : Get so much different information, so im actually pretty clueless.


I know it's probably to early to start taking steroides, but really just curious what a good beginning cycle is, and what you should be aware of while on it. Concerning diet, and other stuff.

Plan was to get a good diet plan together, and then start in around 6months. But I'd rather be on good time ,so I can think this through and get as much information as possible.

Also what's the approx cost for a cycle? (3weeks)
 
I'll go ahead and say it. Hit the weights for another couple of years. 3 weeks is not enough time to do an effective cycle. Your diet is good, keep up your hard work and you will grow with exactly what you are doing. Stick around here in the time being and learn as much as you can.
 
Ya I guess... you know where I can get a REALLY good diet program?

That says how much I should eat, what I should eat, and when?...


I need very strict rules or I tend to not follow them.
