First cycle

I'm about to start my first cycle of Decca and sosnet 250 stack and would like some advise on the amounts and how often to use. I'm 36 and 170lbs and have been working out regular for over a year. My training methods and eating habits have been solid and have experienced good results up until lately. I'm feel like I've platued and need some help. If anyone has any advise please let me know, think you
 
If you want advice on how to run them, test 500/wk, deca 400/wk.

If you want general advice, there's no way you have plateaued in any way at 170lb, provided you're not 4'6". The "plateau" might be due to doing the same thing day in day out. Try switching it up, and upping your food intake.

Deca is not really a beginner substance in my eyes either, with deca comes orolactin and all that b.s. I'd go test only.

At your age, I'd get my test levels checked out first, just to know what's really goin on
 
Some things are as simple as completely switching to a new training routine, the body learns to adapt,also try after switching a change in your food intake.
