I'm about to start my first cycle of Decca and sosnet 250 stack and would like some advise on the amounts and how often to use. I'm 36 and 170lbs and have been working out regular for over a year. My training methods and eating habits have been solid and have experienced good results up until lately. I'm feel like I've platued and need some help.
