First cycle

Good morning to you all, I have been researching steroids, seems and everything else needed for a cycle. I want to to do a test e and deca cycle for 8weeks I would like to hear all your views on this please.

A test e and deca cycle would be perfect then for the growth. And as long as your diet is on point, it's possible to build some lean tissue and lose some fat.

I would suggest that deca be ran for 12 weeks. It is a long ester and takes more than 8 weeks to really start working.
So I'd run test for 14 and deca for 12.
Have you thought about dosages? And a planned pct?

exactly, having said that you said you're already a low bodyfat and deca would really shine as more of a bulker. you would probs benefit more from eating in a calorie surplus for the cycle. not that you can't cut/recomp on deca its just not the best way to use it but it can still work.
 
I still believe in running only 1 compound for your first cycle. No need for deca at this point.


Strongly agree, the more you have in the boat the harder it is to see what's not and what is working. See how your body goes with test for 8-10 weeks and how you recover after out before moving into multicompound cycles.
