First cycle

Help needed !
I´m ready to take my first cycle to gain some weight and muscle.
What should I take and for how long ?

I´v been training for 5 years but I havent got the results I want.

ps. Has these prohormone products (1-diol.) any effect ??
 
I'm in the same boat as you bro. Most common response I get is Deca (300) and sustanon 250 with a test in there would be WONDERFUL.
Since I have a fair amount of body fat I'm just taking the deca and susty then clem at the end to cut up a bit.
 
Sust at 500mg per week, deca at 300mg per week, maybe some dbol at 25mg weeks 1 - 4. Clomid 3 weeks after last injection. Nolva on hand
 
How much weight/muscle can u gain in first cycle if u train really hard and eat like a horse ??

I´m little worried about possible gyno effects
 
Anywhere from 10 - 20lbs, normally. Also depends on your size now. I wouldnt worry about the gyno, thats what the nolva is for

I would have to strongley disagree with that, my first cycle i went from 180 to 215, and keep all but 5 which still comes and goes. It all depends on your body and your diet, although I did drink 2 wiegh gain shakes that have 2000+ calories in them plus regular diet. I cant say that it was all muscle. but I can live with the meat on my bones.
 
depending on your stats but usually this cycle would be good for you:

Sust 500 mg week 1-10
Deca 300 mg week 1-10
dbols 25 mg ED week 1-5
winny 50 mg ED week 6-12

Everyone is different mate. I gained 18lbs, and kept it, it just depends on the individual. I think alot of people relax once they come off a cycle, i think you have to train harder then, and rest more and eat better once your off the juice.
