Ok 12th day and i must say i am happy with the way things are starting to progress. First let me say i think ive figured out the best way to dose for me so that i hit the gym ready to go full steam. I take one in the morn upon waking. Take another at 4 pm and take two and the pm dose of three hcgenerate at 9 after my 830 meal that way at 10 its hitting my blood stream and i feel full of vigor and extremely energized. I had originally planned on 75/75/100/100/125/125 but upon calculation i found i had 5 left so decided to go at 100 3 days early and save 2 just in case i lose one or two. In the two days ive taken my dosage schedule ive had great results at the gym. Especially today. It was shoulder day and broke most of my plateaus on most of my lifts and felt really good. Vasularity is extending into my front delt and upper chest like yesterday and looks like a river delta...lol big smiles!! Did bout 40 sets of 8-12 using same technique if reaching failure before goal. Hitting maxes and beyond even at the end. Felt full upper body pump. Every muscle full and rock hard. Felt great. I also hit 206.5 today in weight. THAT is very impressive to me. Well could be the 3lbs of hamburger, two potatoes, 16 oz of green beans, 4 oz of almonds, one can of black beans, and two slices of bread during the course of the day....minus one shit pre-weigh...lmao well...im extremely happy and now i gotta eat my post work out meal
