As for my first possible cycle i am looking into 250 mg of deca 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off and two more times during the year. As for the deca what results has anyone seen from it. and as for the cycle has anyone followed 4 on 4 off or anything similar to it. I got this cycle from a training partner of my friends hes been working out for about 20 years and has been using gear throughtout that period so he reccomended 4 on and 4 off with anything. Cause the benefits would be that you wouldn't flood the receptor sites and have the loss some people have with alot of cycles and when you go on again you body will react a little better to no so higher doses. Any input on this will be helpful...
