First Cycle

I am a newbie and this will be my first cycle.

400mg DECA wk 1-10
50mg Dbol wk1-4
50mg Winny 5-10
Clomid post cycle.

Should I use Nolvadex or Arimedix during the cycle. I have access to both. I also thought about adding a test and taking deca out. Any help will be appreciated. I am 5-9 200. with about 14% bf. I don't want to put on much more fat. I am 22 and have been lifting for 6 years.

Looks good. They both essentially do the same thing. But if you can, use arimidex.

I like your idea of subing the deca w/test.

Also this is your first cycle, 50mg d-bol is way overkill----go with 30mg/day.
