First Cycle, what to expect.

CreatineAddict

Test-E: 300 mg 2* week(Monday and Thursday)
Stane: 2 weeks in 10 mg every other day
cloid: 100/100/50/50 mg per day 4 weeks
nova: 20/20/20/20 mg per day 4 weeks

I am 25 yrs old, 6'1 180 lbs ~12% bf. 245 Bench 245 Squat 375 Deadlift, been working out 1.5 years(most of it was cutting 275 lbs- 170 lbs)

What should I expect from first cycle? How much weight should I be able to gain, lean? How much should I be able to add to main lifts?

Right now, my maintenance calories is ~2k. About how much should should I add, for strong gains? I want to stay around 12% since its summer, but at the same time I want to gain as much as I can on cycle, any advice appreciated.

Have you got an ai, hcg and a proper pct instead of nolva and Clomid.

Why Clomid and Nolva...makes absolutely no sense

Dude I'm 5 foot 5 155 9% body fat and I eat 2000 to 2200 a day to maintain. You're 6 foot 1 180lbs. I think you got your macros wrong

When I was 18 I had an overactive thyroid, and my doctor prescribed me radio active iodine to kill off a large portion of my thyroid. So I have a low metabolism.

A slow metabolism would make you put on weight easily

Exactly, I have a slow metabolism thus why a 6'1 180 lbs 12% male has maintenance calories of ~2k (just over 2.2k). There is no such thing as putting on weight "easily" calories in vs calories out. My calories are low, so I can consume less calories and put on more weight than normal people.

dumbest thing i've heard in a while. this doctor should be in jail.

not your fault as you were only 18 but i've said this a million times people should always do their own homework on stuff like this. people are too willing to listen to doctors. its YOUR BODY, not his to fuck with.

anyway 6 1 and 180 is skinny as a rail. build a better base. whatever you gain on this cycle will be gone afterwards if you go back to what you have been doing.. seems to me like your diet is weak, you are too worried about calories that you are missing out.. you won't gain real muscle mass without calories.. people think you need protein and that is all, thats is a myth. if it was true then every fat person that eats steak out every night would be all muscle.

It all comes down to your diet and training thats it. Train hard and eat right you will grow trust us.

I don't really understand what's going on here.. you eat at maintenance but are try to put on mass. So now when you want to do a test cycle your going to increase calories.. why not increase them before going on a cycle and see how you get on.. maybe I'm being stupid but I can't make.sense of this

People tend to have the idiollogy that once they hit the gear, there diet is going to be on check and dialled in. Sure, it helps as a motivator and hey, you may stick to the diet and put on great mass, but will you keep it? most of them get over confident, and go bak to their old eating habits, then all their gains are gone.

Ok so everyone feels like ranting about god knows what.

1. My diet is fine, I went from being 275 overweight to 170 lbs (179 lbs atm). I am currently lean bulking, after a 12 week cut. I told you my maintenance calories so you guys would be able to inform me on my caloric change on cycle. Lean gains is 200-300 calories over maintenance.

So my question is on first cycle of Test-E, if my maintenance is 2.2k (so 2.5k lean gains) what would my calories on cycle be fore lean gains? Also, I know I will lose some water weight, but after cycle I plan on eating slightly above *new* maintenance for a while to keep most of gains. Just cause I never cycle'd does not mean I don't know how to lift or eat.

2. Also for my first post I said I have nolva and clomid for pct, I am not taking both. Still deciding if I want to take on during pct to control estrogen (realize will slow gains) or If I want to use exmestane during cycle 10 mg every other day to control estrogen, or if I want to save for in case gyno or any sides happen. Still on the fence about if I want to risk it or go for it.

I looked into HCG and I do not plan on using it. As a first cycle between PCT and natrual boosters I should be fine. I know people will have their opinions...
