Hello guys, just going to say I'm not going to start my cycle until one more year when I'm at least 20. My stats are 19 y/o, 6', 200 lbs, and 13% bodyfat. My friend and I would like to do one more long bulk phase and a cutting phase(1 year) before we start with a cycle. I've been training hard for the past 2 years and this last year I really learned from this site the amount you need to eat to actually gain. I've gained 45 lbs since I started and I'm happy with my results so far. But it seems that I have reached a plateau and the past 3-4 months I haven't been able to make much progress. I am going to give it 1 more shot with another vigorous year of training and a diet where I will feel like throwing up. My question is what stats should I have or stats that are attainable in the next year before I start with a cycle? I'm currently trying to learn as much as I can before I start with a cycle so I can make the best out of it being my first cycle.
