First Cycle Week Three Results from Cyp.

First off all of the info on this site has been much appreciated!

Second I started off running Cypoinate at 100mg only my first week then to some advise I stepped it up to 400mg the next week, and last week ran 400mg once more. I have a dose comming up Friday for week 4 but with in the 3 weeks I have gains of 8 lbs.

5'11 171lbs to 5'11 180lbs in 3wks
(LBM, did not see much water retention or side effects, aside from a little sensativity in my left nipple but nothing unbearable). Body fat has not gone up infact if anything looks to have gone down just a bit, but caliper reads can be off a bit.

I'm actuially pretty happy with this thus far just hope it continues!

I'm taking in around 3,500 kcal (which is low but working out with my schedule) and lifting daily.

Just an update for anyone thinking about Test testosterone cypionate

P.S. test 200 2 CC once shot a week.

It may be bearable but the sensitivity in the left nipple is a sign. Are you taking any anti-e's or any S/E/R/M's?

Congrats on the progress but to be honest it is most likely water retention though u may not "see" it. Too early to get that much LBM. How is the strength?
 
Yeah I have sustain comming in the mail, I was going to use it for PCT - post cycle therapy - but maybe given the circumstances I should start it right away?

The strength has gone up for sure. I was curling about 70lbs (curl bar) 10 to 12 and now curling about 85lbs 10 and thats just since 2 wks ago. Also repping about 3-5 more reps on bench. So strenght is definately up but I don't know if thats just energy. I'm also lasting in the gym about 45 mins longer and not even realizing.

I'm thinking now 3 weeks in, almost 4 I need to not miss a day in gym and hit it hard right about now.

where can I find arimidex? I was going to try and get some HCG this weekend would that sufice?

where can I find arimidex cant ask this ? I was going to try and get some HCG this weekend would that sufice? this will help with LH and the testicular atrophy but not aromitization of testosterone into estrogen.

great to hear bro. Theres nothing like really "feeling" test for the first time in a first cycle. I think your dose is perfect for a first. If your amazed by strength gains now just wait til week 6 or 7, it will have you never wanting to come off.
What do you have lined up for pct bro?
 
Right now I just have sustain for after the 10 wks, I might try and pick up some myogenix if the stuff ever gets back in stock if not prolly a bottle of Post Cycle in combination with the sus.

I wanted the HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - but am wary of purchasing it over the internet for some 60 bucks and not knowing if I will ever see it. I think the Unleashed could be helpful but even about 20 bucks at this point is weighing heavy on the pockets I'm already in almost 200 bucks as it is. I had heard about something called Kynoselen for a PCT but it seems it will help more with gains than anything else rather than bosting the natural production or estrogen blocker.

I may start to use an aromatase inhibitor as 8and20 suggest because of my left nipple sensativity.

Simply
week 1 - 10 400mg test cypoinate 10 wks once a week
week 8 - 12 750ml bottle of sustain alpha
week 10 - 14 1 Bottle Post cycle

what ya think?
