First cycle Test-E & Winstrol

A little info about me first.
I'm 22 years old 5'11", 220lbs, 13% bf, and have been training hard for 7 years now. I've taken prohormones in the past, and my last few cycles haven't given me much for results. So I decided I'd do my first steroid cycle with a focus on cutting. I eat a clean 3500 calorie diet high protein low carbs. I lift 4 days a week and do an hour of cardio twice a week. I was thinking of running my cycle like as follows:

I'd preload milk thistle, hawthorn berry, fish oil and run througout
Weeks 1-10 = Test E - 300mg/W
Weeks 5-10 = Winstrol Inj - 50mg/ED
Weeks 1-10 = 10mg Nolvadex/ED

PCT would start day after last winstrol injection.
Weeks 1-2 = 40mg Nolvadex
Weeks 3-4 = 20mg Nolvadex

My questions would be is it necessary to run nolvadex through the whole cycle (I'm aware that there are some nasty sides that can come with running nolvadex that long so any alternative suggestions would be great), and what should i add to pct or should that suffice?

two things id change!
Id definately wouldnt run NOLVA! id use forma instead! Thats what im doing atm and love it :)
and you mentioned low carb diet, how low we talkin here? you need carbs to grow mate to maximize your cycle dont go low carbs!
 
sorry mate, misread your focusing on cutting not building
rare to see a first run with a focus on cutting its always bulking but you sound like you already have decent size, Good luck to you!
 
Im on a similar cycle at the moment (it is my first as well):

1-2 w 1000 mg test en
3-10w 750 mg
8-12 50mg/day winny

I lift 5 times a week. The days i lift i am on hight protein /low carbs (2 g/0.5g per lb), when i dont lift i do cardio (1-4 w 2times HIIT; 4-8 3times, 9-12 4times) and eat lots of carbs - 600 carbs/day; 150 g protein
Currently im sth like you 220 lbs with 14-15% bodyfat.

PCT: Clomid+Tribulus+Pregnil
During cycle: Proviron

Dont run nolva while ON cycle ,have adex on hand or use forma stanzol - 5 pumps am 5 pumps pm.That will keep you dry...

Drop the winny - and go just do test @ 500mg shot twice a week.

milk thistle and hawthorn berry are fine but there are far superior products available these days for ON - cycle protection : grab some N2GUARD - its got your liver covered and also your multivit and a whole lot more...read some reviews and you'll see what i'm talkin about.Use it while ON and right through PCT.

run hcg 250 iu x 2 a week weeks 3-10 then jump on hcgenerate for the next 6 weeks ( you balls will thank you for it :biggrin: )

i would use aromasin 25mg week 13(first week of PCT ) and 12.5 for the next 3 weeks of PCT.
UNLEASHED @ 3 caps ED weeks 10 -16
