Hey, planning to run a Test e cycle in the winter, all for bulking!
I'm 21, 6"4 215lbs 15% BF ,training for 5 years(3 seriously), want to put on some size before cutting for next summer.
This is what I planned for cycle
wk 1-10 Test e 250mg mon / thurs
Adex .5mg eod
wk 4-12 HCGenerate
wk 12-16 Clomid 100/100/50/50
wk 12-16 Nolva 20/20/10/10
Was also thinking of adding a testbooster like DAA is it necessary? And also frontloading, worth doing on a first cycle?
Some of the supps I dont have access to as I live in the UK ( like forma , post cycle etc)
Not really going to count calories just going to aim for 400g protein a day, eat a ****load of complex carbs, oats , brown rice etc, and get my essential fats in.
Thoughts?
