I will be starting my first cycle sometime next week and I want to do my first competition in 2014
-cycle- (thinking of adding masteron or proviron)
1-12 test prop @ 150 EOD
1-8 anavar @ 50mg E
.50mg of AI @ EOD
-pct-
clomid 100/50/50
nolva 50/25/25
HCG
-diet-
3104 calories a day/ very clean almost zero sodium
40/40/20
~300g of protin(might up my protein intake to 2g per lb)
~300g of carbs
~70g of fat
-supplements-
ON 100% whey
Atmoic 7(BCAA)
Karbolic
Animal Pak
Animal Omega
LiverCare
and maybe L-Carnitine? what do you think? too much?
