First Cycle Sustanon Deca Dura

Looking for advice, not looking for someone to tell me to research. This will be my first cycle and maybe my only.

21 year old male

5'11 158 lbs
work out 5 days a week, eat 6 times a day with a very high metabolism, been 160 for well over a year very strong/big lower body, small arms with the most trouble. chest cuts very well on its own as long as i am consistant but lack the size and strength

goal is to gain 10-15 in a few months maybe a little more. not looking to get huge or out of proportion. toning is much easier for me than bulking.

looking to start the first or second week of the new year

i have done my research as far as what would a better first cycle and will be using

2 10ml tornel labs deca 200 mb depot
2 10ml sustanon 250

i know this is probably enough for 2 cycles so if i have to break it up like that, i am willing too. maybe even if just 1 cycle could meet my goal, i will have another for later on depending on my results and if i have any negative effects

looking for the best advice as far as dosage, every 5 days/6 days/week, how much food intake, workout schedules
have access to 24 hour fitness so the are no exercises i should or will miss.

sleeping habits need work, stay up too late but always get my 6-8 hours of sleep

1. Sleep needs to be minumum of 8 hrs, MINIMUM!!
2. Cals around 4000-4500+
3. Here's how I would run these:
Wk 1-12:500mg/wk Sus 250, looks like you only have enough for 10 though..
Wk 1-10: 400mg/wk Deca
PCT starts on Week 12, HCG preferred with nandrolones, either nolva or clomid..

However, if this is your first, I would only run the Test alone, save the Deca for later, that's just my opinion though...good luck..
 
a lot of people recommend a test only cycle for a beginner but my first was test, deca, and fina so ill think youll be fine. And if you dont want to bloat, take some adex. .50mg ed should do fine. Deca blew me up when i first took it. also, it makes me eat constantly so make sure not to eat shit. that was my mistake.
 
I would mix the sust w' the deca . It will make the soreness from sust alot less. Mix in the same syringe is what I mean. Also if you have a problem
you wont know which compound is affecting you since youve run neither.
 
how long you been working out bro?

5'11'' 158? up your calorie intake and you will grow

if you do hit the juice, i'd stick with the Test only for right now and save the deca for a 2nd

10 weeks of Sustanon @ 500mg/wk will do wonders

i hate to say it bud but YOU NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH and i dont even mean gear, you need to research the fundamentals first core lifts, eating, and rest....at 160 even having a fast metabolism you need to put on some weight first and foremost (naturally) and the fact is you can do it but your not willing to put in the time and effort to do it....sorry bro im just being honest and this is no flame at all, why waste your first cycle when you can do this without for a bit.....if you need anything else answered in regards to training or diet just hit me with a PM....goodluck
