First cycle sust

Iam going to start my first ever cylce,i will be running sust 500mg a week for 8 weeks and before i start i want to get my pct in order cause after reading heaps of stuff its left me not to sure how much dosage of nolva and clomid in need an for how long and do i need HCG?Also how long after my last shot of sust should i start pct.

If I were you I do this
1ml of sust 250 e3d for 10 weeks then one week after youre last sust shot do this..
hcg @500-750ius eod for 3 weeks with 20mg ed of nolva then just nolva for 3 weeks @20mg ed
