first cycle since 1 year break

hey everybody. I remember some of your names from about a year ago when i did my first two cycles. I used to post a fair amount on fitnessboard.com. Im looking for a little advice, and i am not a newbie, I used to read these boards religiously and did tons of research. So heres my situation, I hope some of the mods or vets can help me out here. I havent trained in about a year now, and i seem to have kept about the same weight (lost a little muscle and gained a little fat, haha) I have lost a lot of strength tho. Im planning on muscle memory to help me get back to close to where i was relatively quickly tho. I was thinking of doing my third cycle to help me get back into training, but i was also weighing whether it would be better to train natural for about a month and let my muscle memory catch up to near where i was before i stopped training. So my first question is what do you think i should do in that regard? My second question concerns my cycle. I need very little water retention, so im choosing prop for my test. I plan to do 600mg/wk.(200mg EOD) for 8 weeks. for the first 3 weeks ill add dbol @ 40mg ED. Ill have nolvadex in case, and clomid for the end of the cycle. Ill also be doing cardio adn taking ECA for the length of the cycle. Basically what im trying to achieve is lower body fat, while preserving the muscle i have and maybe adding a couple lbs of lean mass. I dont want to add any thing else in the cycle because of $$$. I know ill get tons of replies suggesting to add fina/winny but i dont have the money for that now. So do you think that is a reasonable cycle? My first cycle about 2 years ago was 500mg/wk of sus for 8 weeks, adn my second cycle was huge. I cant really remember perfectly but it was:
T400- 600mg/wk 8 weeks
dbol- 40mg ED for 3 weeks
EQ- 400mg/wk for 8 weeks
Winny- cant remember dosage

So i just want to make sure that my dbol and prop cycle will accomplish my modest goals in light of my past cycles.

Well, I'll tell you what you probably don't want to hear:

you should train naturally for at least 3-6 months before starting gear again. Think of your poor tendons! You're risking injury if you jump right back into juice as soon as you start training again.

You might even like the gains you make naturally, and the feeling you get from that! Who knows, you may even want to wait a year or so before hitting the juice again *hint*.

Ive been training nonstop for 5 years except for my recent 1 year layoff.
 
I took a break and had the same urges as you. It feels like just doing a cycle will get you back where you were. Not a smart idea but it sounds as if you are in it no matter what.

So, I would suggest doing a 6 week cycle of Fina because:

1. You have never done it. It is the best roid by far.
2. It is soooooo inexpensive.
3. It is ffast acting and you will feel it within a week.
4. It is the best roid by far.
5. It is the best roid by far.

This will get you back in the game.

i just started back after a five month break and you have to feel full in the muscle body with nutrition and training before pushing that as button again....take it from me....you need to or it will be your crutch forever
