Muay Thai 1969

I am 5' 6'' 155 lbs been working out for 6 years on and off with Muay Thai in between. I am thinking of putting on 10 lbs of quality muscle per cycle. I don,t want to go on the roller coaster ride. I have EQ, Prop, and Cyp what doses should I use I,m not in a hurry. Also after only a couple cycles will my natural test return to normal. Thanks P.S. what would just the EQ do for ya.
