First cycle results

Well, all is said and done. I've done my first cycle. I'm in the second week of clomid therapy now. The cycle was as follows:
W1-8 ** cyp 500mg/wk (frontloaded w 1000mg week 1)
W1-10 ** EQ 400mg/wk (frontloaded w 800mg week 1)
Wk 3-8 fina 50mg/day

Pre-cycle wt was 194lbs at about 12-13% bf. Post-cycle wt (peak) was 210. I went down to 203-205 about two weeks after I stopped the cyp (bloating) and hardened up to about 10-11%bf. I'm still about 203-205. Overall I guess I'm satisfied with the results but I felt they should have been better for my first cycle and I took a decent amount.
 
Gains on a cycle consist of more than just what and how much juice you put into your body. You also have to train, eat and rest properly.

Not trying to bve a dick. Just look at the total picture.
 
If you don't eat enough calories you are not going to gain weight regardless.

You should have been eating around 4000 calories if you were bulking.

What was your diet like?
 
well...i expected much more seeing as how it's your first cycle...how was your diet...training/cardio...recup...etc.?nevertheless,perhaps you gained quality rather then quantity...?how's your appearance...overall?
 
It is definitely not related to diet. I've been training for 8 years and have competed at the national level. Not trying to brag, just trying to show that I know how to eat.
 
I wonder if all those years of training naturally brought me close to my genetic potential, meaning that all my future gains from cycles may also be mediocre.
 
I've seen your pics as a natural Dr X, I think we can rule out bad diet and training.

I think you said you took prohormones? That can make you less sensitive to steroids.

i myself wasn't trying to take away from your eating habits...i would really like to know if you trained as you did b4 juice...did you eat additionnal protein,carbs and fat...basically,what i'm trying to say is how did you SHOCK your body other than JUICE...?i've seen your pics as well and can honestly say you know what you're doing but take into consideration that guys like JEFF LONG also know what they're doing and yet their improvements year after year are minor if at any at all...it is for this reason that i agree w/ bulk cycles and cut cycles and REPEAT...never give the body time to adjust...---fyi
 
I think a few things may have contributed to my disappointing mediocre results:
1. Coming close to natural potential by 8 yrs training.
2. Like BigA said, I took prohormones, which may have had some effect so I won't see the classic first cycle jump most people do.
3. I guess it's possible I didn't eat enough but I put on almost 3" on my waist, so if you take how fat I got as indicator, I was eating too much.

I don't know what else to say, except if it was something I did or didn't do, I'd like to correct it for future cycles.
 
Yea, it was a remailer. Maybe they were underdosed? I hope so - otherwise I may be a low responder which would really suck.

no way bro...i've seen your pics and you are NOT a low responder...you're actually a perfect scenario for juice...---fyi
