First cycle....questions

i just took my first shot yesterday and my ASS is so sore...i couldnt even sleep..is this normall..had the sweats and all...today i feel ok..just my ass is sore....

I'm guessing that shot had dura in it. The deca should be painless, unless you mixed them in the same syringe. If the pain is too much I find that a couple of advil help ALOT.

I would also suggest, after your shot, massage the area, try not to have constant pressure for about an hour and you will be fine. My 2 cents.

Your all good bro. Same thing happened to me. Walked like I had to take a massive dump for the first couple of weeks but after that, I would hardly get any pain. I guess my body just got used to it.

also..when i can i expect to start getting a little more intense while working out...ive heard it comes along with the gear.???? I know the strength and growth will take a few weeks..but what about the mental changes , stamina, energy and what not...
