first cycle questions (sustanon 250)

I will be injecting sustanon 250 for the first time. Just to confirm I want to make sure i am doing this right. I am 5'9 in height and 150 lbs, 24 yrs old. I will be taking 250 mg of sustanon for 10 weeks. I will wait 2 weeks before I take novaldex for 4 weeks. is this right?


Also I am concerned about certain side effects. I am suseptible to balding. How do I minimize this side effect?

Lastly, During my research, I learned that it was advisable to consult a doctor for blood test before and after a cycle. What blood test should I order?
 
If you are 100% natty and have never done roids than get a blood test FOR SURE. You will get a base line for what all you natty levels are...so nice to have.

I got my first blood test after several years of saucing. I will never know what my base line really was. What can I blame on genetics and what I can blame on the sauce I will never know.

Ask him for a full panel to include test levels.
 
Props for you for not overdoing it on your first run. Lately it seems the general consenus around here is that you need 1000mgs/wk to get anywhere. I grew like a weed on 200-400mgs/wk for years and by being sensible with my dosages I was able to dial in my diet/training and figure out how to make gains on less gear. Upping your dosages just eliminates the guesswork involved and you will learn less about your body. Personally I'd rather see you take 200-300mgs of Enanthate for your 1st run, as Sostenon is like taking 4 drugs at once. Different people's bodies respond differently to different compounds. By using Sostenon you won't be able to tell which of the 4 compounds in it will benefit you most for what you're trying to accomplish. Don't get me wrong, Sostenon is great. I'd just rather see you run it after you've run a test only cycle and maybe a Dbol/Deca cycle. Once again props to you for not going overboard on your mgs. As far as the hair loss goes, I think Propecia is your friend. I'm not really sure. There might be something better?

I'm trying to bulk up, I've been working out for 6 years starting at 130 lbs I peaked at 155 lbs now i'm at 150 11%bf.

What kind of blood profile should I order from the doctor?
 
Good stuff bro, this was my first cycle and I gained a lot off of it.

No nolva. You shouldn't need it, but commence if you get gyno.

Get enough to run 250 e4/5days for 10 weeks. (Ideally e3 or 4d for sust) That was one of my mistakes for the cycle. I only shot 1 a week wich made for flucuating levels of test in my blood. People often get too stuck in the per week mind set when sometimes it needs to be broken down into a different increment.

Can't say what you should do with regards to HCG, but all I did was clomid for 3 weeks 50 mgs/day, creatine, ZMA suggested dosage ED before bed.

I kept ~~ 85% of my gains HCG may have brought that over 90% but I was happy with how it went.

Everyones body is a little different but this is exactly what I did and it worked great.

For sure lipid profile, hormone levels, liver and kidney values, TSH. A general blood test should include all of the above. Ask your doc to get the cholesterol levels deglosed; one thing is the total cholesterol, but something different is the ratio between LDL and HDL levels.
