First Cycle Questions: PCT

So I am thinking of starting my first cycle using an oral my friend is taking and likes a lot.

These are what is in it:

4 Chloro 17a methyl androst-1 4 diene 17b-ol which I think is halodrol

Estra-4, 9-diene 3, 17 dione

2a, 17a-dimethyl-3one, 17b-o1

It also contains Milk thistle
NAC
and Alpha Lipoic Acid

My question is what should I plan on getting for PCT?

22 5'6 155 lbs right now. Been serious weight training for 3 years but been an athlete since I was 4 years old.
