Well pretty much any show has a junior or novice division. I have only competed in National Physique Committee (NPC) shows. You can go to http://www.npcnewsonline.com/new/ and check on shows in your area. If you have never been to a NPC show you should check one out. There are people who compete who probably should have saved their money, and there are some who look phenominal. Maybe after checking out a show, you'll decide that you're closer to being ready than you think.
