First Cycle...Precycle 250lbs and 28%bf..a few ???s

First my specs:
5' 11"
250 lbs
28% bf
33 years old
Have trained naturally for about 8 years (took 2 years off - health reasons)
I have taken 4AD once before.

For my first cycle I am planning on 10 weeks at 500 mg of Sustanon.

In the past I have had a tendency to retain fluid naturally. My doc had me on lasix for a while. What can I do to avoid fluid retention?

Am I too fat to start this cycle? Should I focus on leaning up for a couple of months and then start?

And last..does anyone have a suggestion for alternative virgin cycle?

IMO you are too fat to start that cycle. I wouldnt do it until I was down to 15% bf. I would also use test enanthate instead of sustanton but thats just me. The 500mg/ week is fine, a good first cycle, just lean up some and youll be ready to go.

You need to get leaner. Get down to 8% BF and then start your bulk with clean eating. You'll be surprised how much you'll gain and how much better you'll look by starting lean. Also you won't hold as much water. 500 mgs of test is a good start. I agree that you should go with ent. I like it better than sust.
 
8% might be a bit of a stretch for you, but I would never bulk at anything onve 13-14%.

You have some work ahead of you befor you should touch the sauce.

I know where you are coming from,
when I started I was 6' 250 about 28%

Currently 6' 290 at about 15-17%

I would recommend a 10 -12 weeker with a mild anabolic like eq deca or primo

stack with winne and concetrate on diet and excercise.

my first was straight primo lost alot of bodyfat and retained muscle

just my opinion

I don't think it's a stretch. I think it's the smartest thing to do.

I agree, but let's face it - If he is up to 28% BF he probably does not have the disipline to get down all the way to 8%.

At 12-14% he could bulk. I would rather give him a goal he is likely to achieve, than one he is going to feel is impossible.
 
PLEASE DO NOT start a cycle at that BF...I know from personal expirence...The EXTRA stress it puts on your heart IS NOT worth it.

Good point. I'm used to dealing with athletes that have extreme discipline.

How is that disrespecting? Anyway is the guy in the link serious? He eats corn flakes, sandwhiches and chips, junk food at night, takes fat burners and wonders whey he's fat? I'm not sure it's legit. His post is all over the place. I'll take a look again later.
 
HAHA alright, i didnt want anyone to think i was crackin on this cat. He is definately all over the place. I cant tell if he wants to weigh 315 or 195?
 
No offense, you need to loose some weight. Get the BF% down to mid teens if you can. It's a lot of work and dieting sucks but you will see MUCH better results from AAS this way. You have fresh, virgin receptors that should react well to anabolics, don't waste them b/c you're diet sucks.

...and 10 wk of Sust is a nice first cycle. Don't forget your PCT.

Agree w/part of that. Wouldn't persoanlly run deca for 12 weeks. I like my cock. Also, EQ and dieting can be VERY tough since it makes you eat like a horse, but is a very good (and safer) alternative.
 
Guys thanks a lot. Thats what I wanted... straight up advice. I think that 14 to 15 is what I am shooting for.

But in response to the discipline issue just know that a coulple of years ago I went on some serious medication and was in the bed a lot. The result was going from 215 to 270lbs in about 4 months. Coming back ain't been easy but....hey if it ain't worth working for, it ain't worth having. I'll do it.
