start eating a lot of meat man, 1.5 to 2 lbs of chicken every day. i put on 22 lbs of lean mass like that at 6 3 175 7-10%bf, shredded. i have a 6 6 armspan so its very hard to put on mass, it was all in diet. i tried all the powders and shakes and what not. nothing is like food. watch your white breads and pastas, stick with brown and wheat. eat as much damn steak chicken and fish as you can. i eat at least 16lbs of combined salmon, tilapia, steak and chicken every week. i used to be stuck at 165 or so never gained, wasted juice trying to get big, eating 2500 cals is never gonna put an ounce of muscle on you, and i am freakishly low bf. it was not fat. you need at least 4000-5k cals ed and about 300g of protein ed. clean cals too. no fast food, your body doesn't want that. if you wanna grow eat. come back when you are 195 10%, or post your diet up each day and stick to it. then hop on a cycle. otherwise you'll waste a bunch of juice like i did, and reinforce the fact that people jump into roids for a quick fix, which is not what they are for. shit i am not a pro athlete so i really think deep down i don't have any business doing them, but at least i know that i am using them for what they are meant. balls to the wall training and eating like a beast. sleep is a big thing as well man, you need rest and don't overtrain. this site is just becoming very newbish again and no one is telling these guys that you don't just hop on roids cause you are stuck when you are barely getting in 2500 cals. try doing 5k cals one day. i bet its harder than any workout you have ever done. then you can start to appreciate what it takes to get the look you want. cause lets be honest you won't get it if you just hop on now and continue your schedule. deca is the most calorie dependent steroid there is. you can not gain off of it unless you eat. so 2500 on that will do nada. not being a dick but i want you to get the best results. take care and eat up bro
