first cycle - Please advise

mkay, I have worked out a cycle with a pro bb that I will use as my first. I'm currently 190lbs and 6' at about 12%bf. I've trained for the past 6 years or so.

I need advice on the following:

-Liquidex amount
-clomid amount
-cutting cycle (when, what)

Here is the cycle. I want to incorporate a cutting cycle afterwards. How long should I wait and what is recommended? I've been thinking of Wini and EQ.


Test Durateston - weeks 1-3 250mg
week 4 off
weeks 5-7 500mg (250mg 2x in a week)

Decca - weeks 1-7 - 200mg (1cc)

AD50 - weeks 1 - 1/4 pill
weeks 2-3 - 1/2 pill
weeks 4-7 - 1 pill

Liquidex - weeks 1-7 - .25ED?

Clomid - weeks 5-8? amount?

I am trying to add some mass and strength. I was told that by taking the week off of the Test that it will have a greater effect once I reintroduce it.

Liquidex 0.25 mg to .5 mg would be enough. Could you be more specific concerning the a-50 ? As for clomids I would wait at least 3 weeks after your last Deca injection. As for a cutiing cycle what about a fina/winny/prop ? think about it and tell me if you like the idea.

The ad50 is Anadrol. I was told that it is very harsh so I've lowered the dosage amount. Someone replied to the post on the anabolic board and I've changed some of the cycle. Here it is updated.

Test Durateston - weeks 1-2 - 500mg
weeks 2-8 - 250mg (should I taper the last week?)

Anadrol (AD50) - weeks 1-5 - 1pill (50mg)

Decca - weeks 1-8 - 200mg (1cc)

Liquidex - weeks 1-end of clomid use - .25ED

Clomid - week 10 - 1 day @ 300mg then 100mgED for 10 days, then 50mgED for 10 days
-based on "The Iron Game's" article

The Clomid will start somewhere around 2-3 weeks after the end of the decca cycle.

In regards to the fina/winny/prop I'd have to look into it. Although I don't know how keen I'd be on injecting EOD w/prop.

Trust me bro, wait 3 weeks before starting clomid therapy. After Deca I wait 4 weeks ! Its safer.

Actually, he can get anything. I spoke with him and another regarding the development of the cycle. In regards to starting from scratch, why? and what would you suggest? I joined this board to "learn" and I don't state to be an expert.

What's wrong with the cycle? How would you do it different and why? ...specifics

I've lowered the dosages of the anadrol and have added test as the base. This is my first cycle but I want to get a lot out of it and my goal is to build up as much mass as possible while keeping the water retention to a minimum via the Liquidex.
