If your gonna run a test only cycle you may wanna up it to 300-500 per week. 250 is a bit low but start with it at that dose and see how you feel.
As for pct, you cant really get away with a just nolva for pct. Pct imo is the most important way to secure your gains. The above pct I layed out is very simple and is very effective. the best part is its all leagal, effective and many of us on this forum use this type of pct.
I dont wanna preach or anything but before you start pinning hang out here for a bit. Read the stickies. Read as many threads about peoples logs. Use the search function. This place is full of super smart people. I am amazed at the level of intellegence that offer actual scientific data and not just bro science. Trust me on this.
