First Cycle PCT help needed!!!!

Ok so my first cycle I was going to do a test e or test cyp. I wanted to also throw in EQ if i could find it. The cycle I came up with is
1-10 test 500mg ew
1-10 adex.25mgeod
1-10 eq 400mg ew

Also I was figuring I'd through in Forma stanzol for the duration of the cycle. Now I've been doing a lot of research for my PCT and getting so many people telling me different things at this point its really just confusing me more than anything. So my main questions are

1.Should i take adex during my cycle?
2.Will a pct of nolva 40/40/20/20 be good or should i use something else?

Nolva by itself is not good enough for pct to restart your Hpta. Try using the Post Cyle and Unleashed combination which is very well known on this forum for it's effectiveness and it's otc. It can be found on Needtobuildmuscle.net and send a pm to Needtogetaas for a discount code.

As far as the AI it's up to you, many will tell you not to use it unless you have to on your first cycle to see how you react to the test only. But if you want to you can use .25-.5mg eod.

Btw a lot of guys on here will tell you to stick to one compound for your first cycle. Instead of using EQ use an oral as a kickstarter to your test cycle.
