First cycle PCT, critique..........

I friend wrote this PCT plan for me, please feel free to criticize..

My current cycle

wks 1-4 25 mg Dbol ED
wks 1-10 500 mg Sust
wks 9-12 50 mg winny ED

HCG
wks 9-12 500iu 3x per week

PCT-Start after last winny tab
nolvadex 20mg ED wks 1-3
Clomid 200 day one,100mg day two,50mg for three wks....

I trust him, what do you guys think???
