Ah, so i just finished up my first cycle. I did 10 weeks of Test E, 250mg on Monday and 250mg on Thursday. I gained 17lbs(though I lost about 4lbs right before starting), and thankfully minimal bodyfat. My strength increase was rougly 10-15% all around, which is absolutely incredible for me considering I have been training for around 10 years now and I am lucky to see 5% increase on any given lift in a years time. Hopefully I will maintain most of the strength. I plan on cutting down about 7lbs here in a few weeks as well.
Unfortately, my training and eating habits were not top notch when I did this cycle. I typically train 4 days a week, but due to some injuries, traveling, and some personal matters I could do nothing about, I seemed to train 4 days on week 1, then only 2 on week 2 and so on. As for eating..i would eat great for a week, then go into a few days where I would eat about half the calories I should and such (including this whole last week). My sleeping patterns haven't been the best either.
Given all of that, I am very impressed at the gains I still made, and can't imagine what I could have done had I been able to follow my training and dieting as I wanted to. I'm sure next time I will have better circumstances and will be able to follow it.
Anyhow, now I am on week 10/11 and am starting 3 weeks of only 1mg of Arimidex EOD. Starting week 13, my PCT will look like this
>week13 100mg clomid /day 10mg nolva/day
>week14 50mg clomid /day 10mg nolva/day
>week15 50mg clomid /day 10mg nolva/day
A few people suggested starting the nolva up now, but as of right now I am just going to wait.
I wanted to say thanks for all of the help with building this cycle, and all of the comments, opinions, and advice I was given.
