First cycle - Omnadren

That's a tough call bro. You may be able to get away with .5cc ED for the last 4 weeks being as it is your first cycle. You may also be able to run 1cc EOD. Ask some of the vets... someone will know.
 
that ain't enough test for a cycle bro, you might gain 5-7 lbs during, but you'll lose half that post cycle. drop me a line if you want a real cycle or have any questions.
 
So is it better to run the winnie on the last 4 weeks of the cycle or start it up directly after the cycle? How much Nolvadex should I take a day during the cycle and when should I start? My first shot was on Sunday and I have the Nolvadex right now so I can start any time. They are 20 mg pills. Is 10 mg a day enough or should I go with 20mg a day?
 
Bro, do this....it's as simple as it gets.

Omna 250 mg every week for weeks 1-8

Winstrol (assuming you have 15 cc's) 1cc (50mg) every second day weeks 4-8.

3 weeks after your last Omna shot and at least 3 days after your Winny start HCG, Clomid, Nolva or whatever you have chosen to get your HPTA back up and running.

At the doses above, gyno and any other side effects for that matter, are very unlikley. Don't take Nolva unless your nips start to feel itchy and sore...they probably won't...if they do, start doing 20mg ED until all is well, then drop back to 10mg ED.

Winny is very mild...it will add good strength gains and quality muscle, especially if it's your first time (even at the low dose).

As for prices, I get things a little cheap, but,

Omna 1 amp is usually 10-14 bux canadian
Winstrol 1 20 cc bottle (50mg/cc) is around 180-220 bux.

Eat ALOT on your cycle...I mean ALOT! Get tons of protein, at least 2 grams per body. Eat lots of quality carbs, drink tons of water. 250mg of test ain't much...but, you can get some gains off it with winny.

Try adding Creatine post-cycle for 6 weeks.
 
I can't eat alot cause I get fat. I have a really shitty metabolism. I'm sure thats not optimal for gaining size but whats the point in getting big if you are fat. I stay under 2000 calories a day and I'm sitting at around 16% bf. I am eating around 200 grams of protein a day and about the same amount of carbs. Fat intake is low but thats pretty much a given for anyone that is taking their training seriously.
