I'm 25 and I have been training since I was 16. My progress has been pretty slow for the last 9 years. I am 6' 195 lbs right now and around 16% body fat. All I am realistically looking do do is break the plateau that I have been sitting on for quite a while. Maybe put on a solid 10 lbs or so.
I picked up 8 amps of Omnadren-250 and I am planning on doing 1 amp week for 8 weeks (pretty simple cycle).
My only real concern is the side effects. I know 250 mg a week is a pretty low dose so should I even worry about using Nolvadex? I have read alot about this stuff on the net but everyone seems to be contradicting each other. Do i need to use hcg at the end of a cycle or is that only really necessary for people using higher dosages? Any info/tips would be much appreciated. I'm sure I have left out a bunch of critical info so if I need to clarify anything just let me know.
