First cycle of test e

im just curious what a first cycle of test e would look like what kind of dosage and how long of a cycle? Also what would be the best stuff to use for PCT novla or clomid, and is there much water retention with test e? I'v never done injectables before i have only ever done 2 6 week cycles of anadrol 50mg ED, i didnt do the best PCT with thoughs 2 cycles as i had a hard time fiding the right stuff, but all my tests came back good with the pct that i did do.
My stats are:
Age 22
height 6 foot
weight 175lbs
years training 6 on and off 2 comitted
bf% dont know exactly but would say around 13
Any info would help me out alot i did do quite abit of research on this subject but could not find a solid answer.

my fist cycle was 10 wks of test @ 300mg per week , 4wks dbol , I kept 12 lbs.....after pct hence pct is a must dont start a cycle with out it...
pct i will use clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

or look into need to build muscle pct porducts
