First Cycle Need Input and Advice!

My CPU jacked up the last thread I tried to start, so sorry for jumbling up the board..

I am new to all of this stuff. I'm an ex-athlete who's gotten out of shape and want to get lean and get lean fast. Any tips or concerns would be greatly appreciated!

25yr/6'4"/245

Best kind of workout/nutrition in-take?
Run it with test, too, or just winny fine?
PCT necessary if a 4 week cycle is done @50 mg a day?

If your goal is to get just lose fat and get lean then cardio and diet is all you need at your size.
 
I want to get down to about 210, but be a lot stronger and ripped. I can drop 15-20 on my own, decently quick, but want to see a big impact by the beginning of april. So you think stay away and just hammer down on cardio and diet?
 
Diet and cardio stop looking for an unrealistic quick fix...

If your looking to use steriods for fast results your setting yourself up for failure, everyone thinks that this is the answer to all their fittness issues. Start with modifying your diet and training routine, do some research and read some threads here and if your planning on running test and don't think a pct is needed you really need to do some research. Anyone who thinks that they want to juice to get the fast results is plain lazy in my book.
 
Thanks for the input and feedback. Definitely not lazy and not looking for a temp quick fix. Trying to learn and start something to sustain. Def green and have learning to do in this area, but am pretty educated on the fitness side, but can never get too much good info. Thanks
 
I agree diet and cardio is the key first. Once you get that together I suggest using a good fat burner combo like n2slin and n2burn to help get lean. Once your below about 15% bf then you can look at a good cutting cycle. Winny is a great cutter but I'd throw a little test in there as well. When you are ready to cycle I suggest looking into transdermals if your not comfortable with needles. There's a link in my sig with more info on them.
