First cycle... Need Help

Im 22, 5'8", 155 lbs. I do 20-60 min of very intense cardio daily and lift 2-3 days per week. (I am a rower) ALL of the muscle used for rowing is in the quads. My weight cannot exceed 165 and any addtional wieght gain could potentially slow me down. I need more strength in my quads. 133 5mg tabs anabol and 200 5mg tabs winny are around. I dont want to use untill i get some advice. I know i need more juice but what? Would that stuff taht is around help? Help me out bros.
 
At 155 lbs you could get away with 30mg - 35mg/day. Just take them everyday until the 200 tabs are gone.

You could either take them all upon waking, and then have your workout in the morning, or take them all about 1 hr before lifting in the morning. That would be the easiest on your HPTA and liver.

For best gains though take 10mg morning, 10-15mg mid-day (1 hr before workout) and 10mg at night. Better gains, but it will lower your HPTA and be a tad of a burden on the liver.

You'll want to modify your diet. Bump the protein up to 300 - 320g/day. Dont' worry though, you're not going to gain over 10 lbs on 4 weeks of winny tabs. :)

the anavar will help you synthesize the added protein and if you divide it evenly enough it shouldn't be too much. If you are worried, 250grams would be ok since your not like 250lbs.
