Alright, here it goes. I want and need some advise for my first cycle. I would like to know what I should take and what results to expect. My stats are as follows: (Training since 13, with a 3 year stop and a 1.5 year stop recently; have been back like a maniac for 10 weeks now)

11%bf
Arms: 16.5
Calves: 15.5 (small I have the curse)
Waist: 33
Thighs: ?
Chest: not sure, haven't measured in a long time, but my upperbody is very proportional, with my chest and back being the a little bigger than evrything else
Goals:
Since I am 205 now and 11%bf, I could lose some body fat, I do not want Test, and realistically I would like to put on a good 10-12 lbs of lean muscle and get extremely ripped.
The stack I was thinking of was:
EQ: 1) 400mg/wk 2)400 3)400 4)500 5)500 6)500 7)500 8)500 9)500 10)400 11)400 12)400
FINA: 75mg/ed (probably not need to run the fina for 12 weeks)
Winny: (last 6-8 weeks): 50mg/ed
I was thinking of throwing Prop in there, but not sure how this will effect my bf or water rention.
