First Cycle!!Need a little advice!

Hey Guys,

I started my cycle, Sat March 1st.
I am taking 300mg QV deca per weeks, and 250mg QV test enan per week, running both for 10 weeks with clomid therapy 2 weeks after my last shot.

My problem is that I used to be obese as a teenager and I am really paranoid about gaining fat. Is doing cardio going to hinder my lean muscle gains that much? I am also eating my ass off, tons of protein, mostly clean calories. I really dont want to gain any fat so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
 
First off, let me tell you that NO, doing enough cardio will not hinder your gains really at all. Don't do too much though. I woudl recommend running for about 30-45 mins 4 times a week, if your trying to lose some weight at the same time. You will most likely gain some fat since you sound like your going to be bulking so some running may do you a little good. Make sure that the food you eat is very clean and, if your bulking, lotsa carbs. If you are looking to lose a little weight I can tell you a diet I have a good buddy on and it works excellent. I just read that you dont want to gain any fat, but you sound like your bulking, so your likely to get a little fat on you. I would definantly recomend doing some cardio, maybe 3 times a week at the least. Good luck man!

Look dude.....no one knows your body like you! I would just do what your doing and if your seeing some fat pilling on then hit the cardio 20 min after workouts, so you can tap into the fatty cells. Don't do too much cardio cause your main goal here is to gain some weight and get strong. Just base yourself on how your feeling and looking, good luck bro. BTW eat has clean as possible if your affraid of gaining fat!
