So I’ve just begun a 16 week cycle and wanted to make a log to keep better track of things while also potentially learning from others and also others learning from this log.
I’m 26 years old been training for about 2.5 years never touched gear until now and I’ve been skinny fat my whole life up until recently. At my biggest i was 97kg at 5 foot 8 and could barely bench the bar.
Last November I got on reta for about 3 months and went from 84kg to 69kg and since then I’ve been trying to gain some muscle
CYCLE PLAN - STARTED JUNE 1st
250mg sust250 split Mon/thursday
20mg anavar every morning
I wanted to run GH as well but decided to hold off due to financial restraints maybe after tax time I’ll pull the pin.
SUPPLEMENTS
Morning:
6000 IU Vitamin D eod
Multivitamin eod
2 High Strength C ed
2000mg fish oil ed
Zinc 25mg ed
1 ferra grad c ed (iron deficiency)
Night:
450mg magnesium glycinate ed
TRAINING:
Just gonna share today’s leg day to give an example of how I generally train.
Barbell squat
100kg x 10 x 3
110kg x 6 x 1
80kg x 12 x 1
Walking lunges
15kg dumbbell each hand x 12 x 4
RDL’s
100kg x 10 x 2
80kg x 10 x 2
Leg press
60kg each side x 20 x 4
Calf raises
68kg x 15 x 4
I’ve recently increased calorie intake a bunch and training has been feeling great, that 110kg squat is a new PR for me. Idk if it’s a placebo or if the gear is already working but I feel like I can just keep training forever.
I have my baseline bloods before I started cycle which I will attach to this thread soon as well as some physique pics, if anyone read this far thanks for taking the time to follow along
