First Cycle, Is Nolvadex Needed ?

I have started my first cycle of Sus 250 and Deca. I have Nolvadex, but not sure if or when to take it. I have read that once you have gyno, Nolvadex will not help? but i don't wont Nolvadex to hinder gains. Weight In.. What are some signs of Gyno?

as needed if your going for a low dose of test,,feel them tities ed just to make sure their's no tenderness etc....

estrogen gyno (sust) and progesterone gyno (decca) are 2 different things - how much decca are u taking?

unless u are very sensitive to either of these 250 of eitehr one will not require anything - if you do require one later tho try arimdex for the estrogen tho, also winny will help mild decca gyno but not serious. ya need ru486 for that.

imo deca gyno is overrated,,,300-400 shouldnt be an issue

u should be fine,,,estro or progestrone shouldnt be a factor with those dosages,,just use nolva as needed like i said before if u got tenderness

ull be fine IMO at those dosages - the decca is only if u are sensitive
