Whats up guys, im looking to help out a friend who is looking to do his first cycle...I dont have stats other than age which is 25 height is about 6ft BF is pretty high, hes a big strong guy football player type but his BF is up there. I know losing weight comes from training and diet, what would be a good first cycle for someone looking to lose alot of fat...hes strong from what I know. Im thinking maybe test 250 and deca 300. I dont know
