First Cycle in hands

Officially my second cycle, but more like a first. I did a really mild cycle 5 1/2 year ago so my receptors are pretty much virgin again. This is what I have to work with

I bottle of Sust. 250mg/ml
1 bottle of Winny 125mg/ml

I will have the opportunity to get some more gear as I know i'm short on test for a 10 week cycle. My question is about PCT:

I was planning on taking .5 mg of Liquid Arimidex throughout but am getting confused on which would be the better PCT for me. I know that Letrozol is very popular for handling gyno/bloat so should i get this or liquid nolva? Also, i used Clomid last time and did 1 pill a day for 4 weeks. is this still a good idea? I've done my research guys it's just that there are so many options for PCT. I have some Mexican nolva that's 5 years old but i'm assuming its not good. Any help would be appreciated.

First off wait to get all your gear & PCT before you start.

I would hold off on the winny (IMO)

If your goals are Mass get some more Sus & run as follows-

Weeks 1-10 500mg/week (2 shots of 250mg/week; Mon, Thurs)
PCT- (check out Jenetics protocol) HCG, Nolva

Also keep Nolva on hand in case of gyno, itchy nips. If you really concerned about bloat then run ldex at .25 EOD or .5 EOD...some may recommend staying away from an AI at all, could hinder your gains.

For your PCT I would Run HCG at 500ius ed for 3 weeks and nolva or exemestane, run the nolva at 20mg ed for weeks 1-6 along with 25 mg of exemestane for weeks 1-6 and you should be fine. I would no doubt pick up another bottle of test and I too would save the wintrol for another cycle, is there any way you can get a few bottles of deca or Equipoise to run with the test? If so run the deca at 300mg wk and the ent at 500mg wk and you should see awosome gains...

I can't get HCG and i've been told that Nolva post cycle is not the wisest choice. I was thinking of running Arimidex at .5 ED throught out cycle and using Clomid for 5 weeks after 50mg. every day. i'm going to buy Nolvadex just incase of sides. Is this good?

Nolva post cycle is a GOOD choice, whoever told you otherwise is completely wrong. They are both SERM's. (selective estrogen receptor modulators)
Now as for PCT I like these two methods.
1 week after last shot run 1500 iu hcg every monday, wednesday, and friday for 3 weeks along with 50mg clomid (1 pill) everday and .5mg a-dax ED, then keep running the clomid and add 20mg nolva for another 4 weeks.
So it will look like this:
Week 1-3 of PCT - 1500iu hcg mwf
4-7 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva ED

Method 2:
Start Pct 1 week after last shot.
Start by running 500iu hcg ED for 10 days along with 50mg clomid and .5mg adex, then run 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva for another 4 weeks.
Day 1-10 500iu hcg
11-40 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva

Personally I like the second one. You can get HCG from ag-guys now.
