Hello everyone.
I have been researching and planning my first cycle for some time. I have come to this site on the recommendation of a close friend and I must say this community is great. I would really appreciate some help with my first cycle and diet plan.
Here is a little about me...
I am a career firefighter therefore I am subject to an occupational drug screening every week. As far as I can tell, they do not test for any anabolic steroids. But I need to steer clear of anything that would flag an illegal recreational drug screening. And it would be best to maintain a discrete body image. ie. visible pinning marks and bruising.
--33yr male
--6'2.5''
--212.2lbs
--184.3lbs lean mass (according to BodPod)
--13-14% body fat
--2300-2400 kcal/day rest days are no more then 2000kcal/day
--caloric ratio of carbs/fat/protein is 25/35/40 with 250g protein/day
--when I start my first cycle I will be changing my diet to 4400-4600 kcal/day while maintaining the same caloric ratio. This amount accounts for my basal metabolic rate plus a very active workout profile.
--my overall cholesterol is 203 with triglyceride, ldl, and hdl ratios all being acceptable.
My goal is to gain more strength and lean mass without gaining much fat. For the last 3 years of lifting I have hit a wall. My hope is that this cycle, if done right, can propel me to more strength and better tone.
I have decided I am going to run a test only cycle (unless someone can talk to into a jump start of some sort). I have time...I don't need to see results immediately...I can wait a few weeks into the cycle to see gains especially if it is best for the long term of achieving and maintaining my gains.
I don't think I'll have a problem pinning myself. After all, I do administer IVs daily.
All of your help and suggestion is welcome. I'll Update my cycle below as you guys help. Thanks in advance!
