First Cycle help!!!

hi there,

25 years old training and been athletic for most of my life (wheights since 18).

want to do my first cycle and need some advice

I am 5' 11'' 250 lbs 20%bf.
i want lean gains and to obviously reduce bodyfat. I also want to keep the cycle light with the least possible sides and have a good PCT. I cannot take Nolva as it will be cancelled out by my daily meds (wellbutrin SR 150mg).

I was thinking 100-150mg prop EOD and anavar ed

What do you all think of this as a light first cycle for lean gains and fat reduction? i am aslo quite knowledgable with nutrition (although my stats do not reflect at the moment) so i am commited to begin a very clean frequent meal diet.

please help
 
well no offense but if you are knowledgeable about diet then why did you let yourself get to where you are?

anyway, i like the planned cycle but your body fat is too high to run it... you need to get down under 15% before you start the cycle... i would suggest upping the cardio, maybe running sarms or a natty fat burning stack to get your weight down and then run your proposed cycle, because i do in fact like prop and anavar together...

Again what everyone above me said! I would get your diet in check and have it fine tuned and lose as much bf as you can before you jump on anything. And as far as the var goes, you'll see better results with var if you have a low bf. Right now, you'd be wasting money and harming your health for no reason when it you could achieve the same naturally!

Now maybe instead you could do a ECA stack or do a clen/T3/Keto stack to help with dropping the bf. Also I've seen a lot of posts by Dylan on dropping weight so maybe he can enlighten you further! :)
 
Take it from another noob, BF is too high bro.

Diet, cardio and then focus on your diet and cardio some more.
 
Thanks guys much appreciated. Since last summer i went from 205 lean to 250........well...not so lean lol. new job was a killer on my time but now that its under control i am back on the grind. I was only planning to start my cycle in one month after ive dropped a good 20-30 lbs. sonce its my first cycle i was planning on somthing that goes like this: (when BF is lower of course)

week 1-4 : 100-150 prop EOD
(to see how i will react to gear)

week 4-10: 100-150 prop EOD+Anavar 40mg ED

let me know if this is a smart idea. Ive read in many many places that test only for first cycle is recomended which is why i would do a month of it before hoping on anything else.

please trash this if neccesary or tell me im on the right track ;)
 
once you get yourself in the proper condition to run a cycle, come back and we will be glad to set you up something nice... in the meantime, get your diet and training right, get your weight down and stay focused... if you want some help with a cutting setup to get you to a lower body fat quicker, i can help, let me know but i personally am not going to give you aas advice until your ready to run it... that's just me looking out for you
 
Sounds good to me. much respect for that. So what do you propose that i do to cram as much fat loss in over the next month....besides trianing like an animal and eating very clean.

also does anybody know if my daily meds (150mg wellbutrin SR) is ok to take while on cycle?
 
here's what i would run for the next 6-8 weeks to get you headed in the right direction

sarms
ostarine - 25 mg a day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
s4 - 50 mg a day, dosed twice a day... 25 in the a.m. and 25 in the p.m.
albuterol
forged burner
forma stanzol - 10 pumps a day... 5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m.
need2slin

after this you will need a 3 week mini pct to recover and by then i would think you would be where you need to be...

for the mini, run unleashed, forged pct, bridge (double dosed) and need2slin...

i think after this, you will be ready if your diet and training are in check...

Can you also please explain to me the resons behind not cycling until under 15% bf? i definetly understand that it is almost like common knowledge around here but i have nerver recieved an explanation or a reason. Please let me know
