1)Can someone please let me know if this is a good first cycle
2)Do i need to break up the test into twice a week at 250 per?
3) is the pct care ok?

200 mgs / day of clomid
60 mcg / day of IGF-1

If it was me, I'd keep the liquidex on hand but not use it. Run HCG with the test at 500iu per week. No need for IGF after test. Clomid is not necessary at 200mg a day. 50mg a day for 3-4 weeks is enough. Better to inject twice a week 250mg.

And then for pct only do 3 or 4 weeks of 50 per correct?

That is a great first cycle tho! Veryvery similar to my first,I did 30mgs dbol for 6 weeks.
Igf- this is interesting, I think for a new user it could be a good idea to help with new gains. But I'll let the experienced bro's he'll ya with that one!

Pct- you could expand that with some supps from our sponsors like sustain alpha, unleasshed and forged pct.
