First Cycle help...

What's up guys,

I've been in the game since I was about 16 on and off ofcourse. The past year I've really picked it up and started taking things alot more seriously. I just turned 21 years old, I am 5' 11" and just under 175lbs with under 10% bodyfat. I've tried pretty much everything out there, pre-workouts, creatine, glutamine, weight gainers, protein, I even stacked a couple prohormones last year Sustanon 250 and superdrol. I definetly want to step it up to the real deal but I'm just worried about hair loss. I've done alot of research concerning what to stay away from and whats relatively safe as far as hair loss is concerned. I also read about using DHT blockers such as propecia and finasteride. I just want to know if at my age this is really an immediate concern I should have, all other side effects I'll deal with later. I have a thick head of hair, hairline may be a bit receeded compared to when I was 16 but nothing serious. My moms father however is bald and I don't want to look like that anytime in the near future... sorry for being vein. My dads whole side of the family has complete full heads of hair.

I was thinking of running 10 weeks of Test Enanthate with at least 12 weeks of EQ at a low dosage.

If I used a shampoo such a Nizorol do you think it would help? Also will my hair follecules be permanetly damages, or only at risk while of cycle?

What do you guys think? I appreciate any and all input, thanks.

well thats a good cycle but you want to run the test just as long as the eq..what are your goals for this cycle?
 
I am looking to gain a solid 10-15 pounds or solid muscle mass with as little water retention as possible. Also looking to obviously gain strength. Right now I have a 6 pack and hope to keep it. Many of my friends are on gear and have reccomended this to me as a good start, paired with the research I've done I think it will be a good test run.

MAIN GOAL: not to start losing my hair!
 
Hey i just posted this to try and help some first timers hope it helps a bit.. It cost about 400 splitting between 2 people... Maybe pricey but it was well worth it... All them BS suppliments from over the counter just aint worth it and they add up.................................................

Well i just want to share my experience with some of you. It was a couple years ago but as i do research now for my next cycle i come across all these guys just getting into the game and just wanna run orals or not the right amount. Well this is my first post so here it goes...

Test E - 500 EW shot up EOD ( For 11 weeks)
30 mg of D-BOL for 4 weeks only
Nova 10 mg first week and upped to 20mg the rest of the cycle
Clomid for post cycle
Approx 6000 to 7000 calories a day
200g of Protein daily
KEEP A LOG OF WORKOUTS AND WEIGHTS (otherwise you wont know what gains your making)

To me I would have to say I did everything to the T.

Well i started out at the age of 22 and wasnt getting the gains i was looking for. So I did a LOT of research into a cycle for a beginner and thats what i came across. I ate tons of chicken and fish.. No soda, No milk, No mayo. Just didnt see why i would want to wast my time with fatty stuff. Or to give me a soft look from the milk

I started out at only about 135 to 140 lb.
within the second week i was already feeling a high self being and could tell strength was going up.
When i first started i was only able to put up around 115 lb to do 10 reps..
Peoples misconception are focusing on the pretty muscles ( I.E. Biceps, Triceps, Chest) Well that is wrong. ALl those muscles are MUCH smaller then your back muscles and your leg muscles.. So I always made sure my back and legs were putting up a lot more weight then any other muscle group..

Throughout this cycle i continued to make sure my water intake was at least a gallon or more a day..

By the time I was done with the 11 weeks of being on the cycle i had GAINED approx 33 LB.

So i was weighing about 170lb of muscle with a 9% body fat.. I continued to workout and within 2 more months i was all the way up to 187lb. Heaviest i ever been.

So for you guys out there trying to figure out what you want to get on for your first cycle then i hope you do you research and do ths shit right..

Your goals dont need to be worried about no six pack while you are trying to bulk.. Im not saying you wont keep it but dont worry about it.. When i was cycling i built up a lot of muscle under my layer of fat.. When i was off cycling i burnt the fat by lowering my calorie intake a bit and did a little more cardio and it came through impressively.

Guy that go for mass only dont worry about super definition in their bodies for the most part.. It is possible with certain stacks but as a beginner putting on 15lb of muscle in the back shoulder chest n legs.. Trust me you wont even care about a six pack when you start to get the V shape from your lats.

For sure, really not so worried, bulking up over the winter is my main focus, the 6 pack will be back for summer and thats all that counts. I plan to eat and train very strictly and do things right.... just really want to know if hair falling out at the age of 20 is a real concern I should have, on such a conservative, and first cycle...
 
I dont see your hair falling out unless your already prone to it... If you take the right precations i wouldnt worry about it at all.. Its not like it will all fall out at the same time if you notice your hair coming out abnormally then go to the docs and see what he sais.. Remember you can always tell docs truth supposed to be confidential.
This cycle i dont see it being a problem though
 
Yeah that's what I planned on doing, I would have no problem telling my doctor straight up. I plan on getting checked out after anyways...

Rackem... we do not advise anyone under 21 to use AAS. you can do all the research you want under this site, ask questions etc, but we won't tell anyone it's OK to use under 21. It's a forum RULE!
