I'm new to this and just in the research phase. As a beginner, what routine would everyone recommend I follow for a first cycle? Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.
You need to be much more specific than that. How about shooting some stats over, like age, weight, body fat %, number of years training, what are your goals? etc etc.
A good novice cycle would be deca+test both at about 400mg a week for 10 weeks,you will make solid gains on this, also make sure you do your research on post cycle therapy, hope this helps some.
