first cycle help

only deca i can get is QV -any feedback on this would be much appreciated
I'd rather go with a diff brand/type, but not sure if i'm making a big deal of QV

also, i plan to use EQ with this cycle and sust250 if i can get it.
any recommendations for dosage? nolvadex instead of clomid, etc?

I just did my first cycle of test e 500 for 12 weeks. I gained and kept most of my gains. I'm gonna use deca/test next because i know that i did well on test alone.

Don't use deca without test. I like test at 500mg per week, weeks 1 thru 12, deca at 400mg per week, weeks 1 thru 10 and dbol at 30 mg per day weeks 1 thru 4.

what about the quality of QV deca. . is that something i should be concerned with?

i like those doses..that's what I had in mind..

bro for your first cycle just run test cyp or E or sust 250 at 250-500mgs/weekx10-12

and then go a bit more advanced everytime

dont use anything from QV now. MOST QV floating around these days is fake b/c they got shut down a while ago.

use test at 500mg for 10 weeks for your first cycle. not deca. nolv or clomid for PCT
