Okay i'm a nwby - I 'm trying HMGear Test-OH oral just to see what I get...
been doing 200mg for 2 weeks, now on 3rd week 300 mg/wk...
Following the 10 week plan. week 4, 300mg, week 5-6 off , week 7-8 200 mg week 9-10 300mg
i am 39, 205 lbs - been working out about 1 year.
Seeing some weight gain - eating a lot of protein - chicken, beef mostly.
Seems the biggest thing for me is the motivation. I spent money on this stuff so that motivates me to work out hard to get the best results from it.
Dont knwo what kind of results I should be expecting.
Maybe after this I would step up to something more serious...
Any words of wisdom or constructive criticism would be aprreciated.
