Hey guys. Im considering doing my first cycle but wouldn't know how to organize the weeks. I've seen many different cycles on this website and others but they all seem to contradict each other one way or another. Im 26 y/o 6'0 have been working out for about 2 yrs about 4 days a week. No real progress. 5 pounds here, loose three there. keep moving up and down but staying around 190 pounds mostly. In shape/good frame/build. A slight belly but i guess thats from trying to build soo much. Im trying to get maybe 10 pounds of keepable muscle but want to shred up this belly and get a flat stomach. please help with a cycle. Im thinking Test Cyp/Winny cycle. 500mg/week test 50mg ED Winny. I just dont want to get huge. More like Very toned with mild build. 200 pounds would be my ideal weight i just dont look ideal. If u know what i mean. Thanx.
