First Cycle Help. Plz!

Hey guys. Im considering doing my first cycle but wouldn't know how to organize the weeks. I've seen many different cycles on this website and others but they all seem to contradict each other one way or another. Im 26 y/o 6'0 have been working out for about 2 yrs about 4 days a week. No real progress. 5 pounds here, loose three there. keep moving up and down but staying around 190 pounds mostly. In shape/good frame/build. A slight belly but i guess thats from trying to build soo much. Im trying to get maybe 10 pounds of keepable muscle but want to shred up this belly and get a flat stomach. please help with a cycle. Im thinking Test Cyp/Winny cycle. 500mg/week test 50mg ED Winny. I just dont want to get huge. More like Very toned with mild build. 200 pounds would be my ideal weight i just dont look ideal. If u know what i mean. Thanx.
PS. When should i start the winny and for how long?
 
First off I can say you did a good thing by asking questions before jumping into anything.

Secondly, how is you diet?? A good diet (and maybe some supplements, eca, etc.) can get you a long ways without doing a cycle.

Just to let you know....It is easier to add mass/muscle, but alot hard to lose the little bit of extra fat (at least in my case). If I were to do everything again, I would have started using AAS at as low of BF as possible. This could also be due to that my diet isnt the easiest thing for me to control.
 
Thanx for the tip. Wat can I say Im not the most dedicated person when it comes to diets. schedule is too hecktick*** Sometimes i have no time to eat. Being a fireman and running calls to other peoples needs when they*** want them doesnt leave me any room for a set diet routine. I eat when i can and grab whatever is closest and easiest to eat on the run. Sux. but thats my way of eating 1/3 of my life right now. While at home high protein. atleast 1 to ratio. Lots of poultry.

theres your problem there mate, you need a solid diet wether on or off aas, esp while on, 6-7 high protein meals a day.
buy an esky and fill it with food for the day, i have mates that are firemen and all they do is clean equipment, trucks etc then eat eat eat
 
Again, not that I'm the best at it, diet is most important. You CAN control it. It just takes a little planning in advance. Pack your food the night before and limit yourself to eating only what you have. Just as xrsist said.

Everything might not be what you want to tastes at the time but if you can stick to that you will be very happy with your results. That "belly" can fade away. And once you can get yourself on track you are set.
 
Gotcha! High protein. Guess I'll try harder. Any advise on the cycle? should I run test for 8 weeks twice a week? Then run the Winny? Or should I start the Winny Week 5/6 ED or EOD? Thanx

Since you arent looking to gain too much and looking for a more toned body, I would suggest you run a lower dose of test for 8-10 wks (250mg/wk) with plenty of cardio and solid diet, do a propper PCT, don't do the winny. Winny is too hard on many peoples joints which might effects your cardio.

Althought you might not gain much, this will help you shed some fat while sparing muscle, since this is your first cycle you dont need to over do it. Again, diet is key to any AAS cycle's results.

yep, hold off for a while
get your diet going first and train hard and you will see improvements
 
You always want to make sure you have your diet worked out the way you need it and have your training consistant.

If you have a shitty diet or dont workout as consistantly and as well as you need to, you will just be wasting money on the gear. Since gear isnt a magic pill (or shot) not having your other areas on point will only make u more frustrated when you arent getting the results you wanted.

Thanx guys. Very helpful info. 250mg/wk? i keep hearing from other post that thats not even worth wasting the gear for that. I mean i dont mind getting bigger i just dont want more fat. PERIOD! muscle is always welcomed. FAT isnt. is there anything else i can take besides winny? i hear pinning is too painful. ideas?

Like i said, its your first cycle so you don't need to over do it. 250mg/wk of Test E would be fine for 8-10 wks. and don't forget about PCT. You might want to consider T-bol instead of winny for the first 4wks. Its just a suggestion tho.
 
U know its not like i can pick and choose what i want. I know a few people that can get stuff but its not like i can do a special request. Im pretty much stuck to what they got. Unless u can tell me where i can get reliable stuff. Thanx

Careful. You are asking to get a number of scammers to reply to that statement. As i said, its just a suggestion.
 
Hey Herdus33! A good source local can get test Prop/Tren and Winny. No Tbol. How does that sound? Can I substitute the T-bol for tren? Would I get the same effect? I know someone that did this same cycle and ripped up real real nice and gained about 15 pounds of keepable muscle

Test prop 100mg (1-4weeks) EOD
Tren 100mg (1-10weeks) EOD
Test En. 400mg (2-10weeks) once a week
Winny 50mg (6-10weeks) EOD
Nolva/Clomid (11-13weeks)

You may not need AAS yet, it sounds like the main problem is your diet. Try to keep a journal of the times you eat and what you eat. You'd be surprised how you can find huge holes in your diet by doing this. AAS can help achieve goals but I would suggest reaching your max natural potential with a solid diet and training plan first. If you don't get those 2 things in check first you are going to waste taking the AAS anyways. Everything you gain will be lost because Diet and Training are the most important, and if those aren't up to par you'll make good gains on cycle but when you come off you'll lose it all. I've seen it happen to many guys at my gym. You don't want to look good for 2-3 months, you want to keep the most of the gains you make!
 
oh look!!! Here's the thread where you talk about diet and say that it's pretty much shit and you're not that dedicated. And you only want to gain 10 lbs. A shitty diet without steroids = shitty gains. A shitty diet with steroids = shitty gains. Diet is a MUCH much bigger part of this whole thing than AAS is.

So you're ignoring the GOOD advice of folks telling you not to do steroids until you get your diet in check, and you make YET ANOTHER thread asking for advice on your way fucking overkill first steroid cycle of about 2 grams of gear a week!?!?!??!?!???

2 grams a week? For a 190 lb 6 ft. tall skinny guy? You want to take doses 250-300 lb. Pros take huh? Why don't you LISTEN to these good people telling you to get DEDICATED to DIET before you try steroids. If you can't be dedicated to diet, I doubt you're too dedicated to the gym, and I doubt you'll be anymore dedicated to either just because you start injecting steroids. The other two have to be in place first.

If you keep ignoring good advice, you'll be getting no cycle help here. You're just not ready.
 
Why you bashing man. Im looking for info dude. My first cycle is Months and months away. I just wanted to get info. Isnt that what your suppose to do anyways? research before you pin? I acknowledged the diet and commitment to eating healthier already. I just want to get the stuff before I cant get it anymore. Simple as that . PERIOD. Thanx for all your help guys. No pinning for me for a long while. I knew that before i even opened up a thread in this thing. Geez a guy tries to get info cause he only wants to buy stuff once and get it right the first time and you guys are slamming me.
 
fine, get your stuff if you can sit on it for a couple more years or however long it will take to get your diet and training where it needs to be.
It seemed like you were ignoring the diet advice. You kept on asking about cycle help even after people told you you shouldn't do it and you weren't ready and even told you why they thought that way.
You never made it clear you weren't going to be starting a cycle for a long time until just this last post.
Oh, and you're still using way too much gear for your first cycle.

Good luck with your research.....but once you buy it, you'll use it. Plain and simple. Make sure you do that research first tho.....and follow the advice.
